Michael Wendt

Michael’s practice focuses on business litigation, transactions, and appeals, with experience in contracts, real estate, employment matters, shareholder disputes, business formations, corporate governance, and trusts. He has represented clients in both state and federal court, including cases involving complex business disputes and significant appellate matters. 

Before entering private practice, Michael spent several years with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Appellate Operations in the Washington, D.C. area, working with Administrative Appeals Judges on complex cases involving numerous laws, regulations, and policies. This experience strengthened his commitment to service, fairness, and due process—principles he carries into his work with every client.

Michael earned his B.S. in Government, summa cum laude, from Liberty University and his J.D. from Liberty University School of Law. He later earned a Master of Advanced Corporation Law from the University of Michigan Law School.
